No details were left out when making this resort top notch. The food is unbelievably delicious and you cannot go hungry-there is a fare for every pallet. The entertainment staff are fun friendly energetic and engaging as well as do a great job of keeping the guests busy! The pool bar servers never let your cups or bellies get empty. The concierge service keeps you engaged with all the events and activities as well as making sure you have everything you need. Your stress and worries are left in the shuttle car and you never think about them the entire stay.
You are welcomed with a cool cloth, a glass of champagne or water and a fresh baked pastry or cookie. The aroma when you step on property is a breath of fresh air and takes you away into spa like relaxation immediately. They make you feel at home and consider you a cherished family member. The staff go above and beyond their call of duty. Secrets Cap Cana is an absolutely beautiful resort.
